2001 Menu For Twentieth Annual Woman Lake Spring Trip
The planning meeting was held at the Page Sports Bar, in Bloomington,
as usual. This years attendance was sparse with only Ozols, Zieman, Kelly, Woll,
and myself. Individual schedules were rather chaotic as graduations, business
trips and moving college students back home took precedence. I, myself, was attending
a conference in Boston and could not arrive until Saturday.
My folks were very late this year in opening the cabin and left that
task to me. Juris and Andrew were anxious to get started early this year talked
me into opening up the cabin by themselves (Please! Don't tell my parents) on
Thursday, two days before anyone else would arrive. I prepared a list of "cabin
preparation activities" that I could only hope didn't lead to disaster. For those
two days they would have to fend for themselves. When I arrived on Saturday, they
only had one minor glitch that was easily fixed.
EVENING MEAL MAIN COURSES
Ingredients for making salads will be available for anyone desiring
to make one. Choice Of dressing is up to whatever one can bring, beg, borrow or steal
