1998 Menu Planner Ground Rules
and
Subsequent Years
The Menu planner will be divided into two sections. Basic Lunch and Evening
meals and personal choice/use items. Personal choice/use items are
items that are not necessarily associated with a meal, but add significant
cost to the grocery bill. Providing these items will be the responsibility of
each individual attending the fishing trip.
To be specific the following are considered to be personal choice/use items.
- Any salad dressings be they regular, low fat or fat free.
- Any condiment except ketchup and mustard. This includes, mayonnaise,
Miracle whip, BBQ sauce, hamburger dills, regular dills, horseradish sauce, etc.
- Any snack foods like potato chips, tortia chips,
salsa (Chi-Chi's or otherwise), cookies, cakes, etc.
- Any dips for vegetables/chips except that required for evening meals
(like sour cream and/or Tator Topper for baked potatoes).
- Any and all fruit which includes oranges, bananas, apples, grapes, etc.
- Any and all jellies and jams except grape.
- Any "backup food items" such as soups, chile, tuna, etc.
- Any and all breakfast cereals, hot, cold or otherwise.
- Eggs, bacon, sausage, except as required for other meals.
- Any totally fat free product not already identified.
