Woman Lake Spring Trip

The Following Is Planned To Be Made Available

BREAKFAST & SNACKS

(everybody must bring their own)

LUNCHES

(everybody should plan to fend for themselves)
(BUT the following will be in the frig or pantry)

Makings for the infamous bacon/lettuce/tomato sandwich
Sandwich Fixings: baloney/turkey/ham/cheese
Cans of Tuna Fish, Tomato soup
Boneless Chicken breasts and Hamburger
Raw veggies - broccoli/celery/carrots
Leftovers, if any.

APPETIZERS

(Reserved For Thursday through Saturday Nights)

Shrimp cocktail
Pickled Herring,
Raw veggies - broccoli/celery/carrots


MAIN COURSES

All evening meals will accompanied by a salad.
Choice Of Dressing is Up To Whatever One Can Bring, Beg, Borrow or Steal


Tuesday - May 18 th

Bob Morrice and I drove separate but caravanned while Juris Ozols and Andrew Greenseid (Juris' Future Son-In-Law's (FSIL) first visit) drove up via Hackensack to purchase those famous "Swanson's" minnows.

Evening Meal

A seafood gumbo was served by Chef Morrice'
Over a bed of cooked brown and white rice Bread

Wednesday - May 19 th

(No one else today)

Evening Meal

Romaine Lettuce Salad With Caesar Dressing, croutons
Large Calamari stuffed with scallops, shrimp,
spicy Italian sausage, onions, garlic, and Marinara
Garlic Bread topped with parmesan cheese.

Thursday - May 20 th

Jack, Lee, Pat and Rick arrived - now we're 8

Evening Meal

Shrimp cocktail appetizer
Mixed greens salad
Grilled Shrimp and Scallops over Caramelized Garlic Vegetables
Served with Minnesota Wild Rice and Bread

Friday - May 21 st

Bruce arrived to late Friday evening to fish – But just in time to help with the cooking
Bob Morrice and the FSIL left after the "T-shirt strip" during dinner.

Freshly baked, pecan topped, Cinnamon Rolls

Evening Meal

Iceberg lettuce salad with hearts of palm and artichoke hearts
Spicy Seafood Marinara over Angel Hair Pasta and Garlic bread

Saturday - May 22 cd

Surprisingly Hugh Perry showed up, but Juris had to escort him from Patricks to the cabin - can't read a map.

Evening Meal

Char-gilled Tenderloin With Garlic Mashed Potatoes
smothered with a mushroom/green onion Marsala sauce
Italian bread

Sunday - May 23 th

Juris and Hugh leave early due to (*&%#@æ*#Å&#*) unforeseen circumstances. e.g. Lack of walleyes.

Evening Meal

Sichuan Pork and chicken and vegetable stir-fry
over Chinese noodles

Monday - May 24 th

Time to go home for all but I.

The wife and her sister were visiting their mother in Fargo and
stopped by the cabin to help me clean and pack on Tuesday.
Ain't love grand!!!!
