The fare this year stressed meat (Bolognese). After losing 35 lbs on the Atkins diet and not affecting my cholesterol levels, I decided to share my new found weight loss with my fishing buddies. A feast high in protein and low on carbohydrates, just like the doctor ordered.

Cooked Shrimp With Cocktail Sauce
Peeled amp; Deveined Cooked Shrimp with a Chile sauce/
ketchup/lemon/Chile/horseradish Sauce Fried Calamari Delight
Flash fried golden brown calamari lightly sautéed with
hot cherry peppers/pimento/sliced pepperocini
and scallions in a garlic butter. Tomato Crostini
Baked baguette bread covered with a tomato/garlic/onion
and red pepper mixture topped with mozzarella cheese Roasted Garlic Heads
Baked garlic heads drizzled with olive oil/oregano
Three nested Onions
A Single Shallot
MAIN COURSES
Baked Calamari
Stuffed With Andouille Sausage, Sweet Bell Peppers,
Onions, Mushrooms, Tomato Sauce And Provolone Cheese
OR
Spaghetti Bolognese
Spaghetti covered with Bold Tomato Sauce
and topped with Italian meat balls.
OR
Garlic Pepper Chicken Parmesan
Tender lean chicken breasts lightly fried, covered with
Bold Tomato Sauce and topped with Mozzarella cheese.

Hot Italian Sausage
Cooked hot Italian sausage sautéed with sweet bell pepper
