covered with a spicy tomato
sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.

Veal Scaloppini with a Lemon Garlic Sauce
Tender lean thin veal medallions sautéed with
mushrooms/capers and a lemon garlic sauce.
OR
Baked Shrimp Delight
Baked shrimp with diced tomatoes, calamari,
bay scallops, garlic, basil, oregano, shallots, Feta cheese.

Crêpe's Suzette
This was soooo good last year I couldn't help myself.
Crêpe's filled with a mascarpone/Amaretto mixture,
topped with a raspberries/Chambord liqueur sauce
