APPETIZERS
Cooked Shrimp With Cocktail Sauce
Peeled & Deveined Cooked Pink Shrimp with a Chile sauce,
ketchup and "hotter than hell" horseradish

Plate of Shrimp Coctail Roasted Garlic Heads
baked garlic heads drizzled with olive oil/oregano

Mussels & Scallops
Sautéed in white wine, garlic, peppers, and onions

Bowl of Mussels and Scallops
Shrimp, Scallops & Calamari
sautéed in garlic butter.
( All right, I had a few extra ingredients)

MAIN COURSE
Baked Chicken Parmesan
Flattened chicken breasts, dredged in seasoned bread crumbs and garlic, baked and covered with a spicy tomato
sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese. Plate of Chicken Parmesan and Salmon

With
Stuffed Salmon with a Lemon Garlic Sauce
Fresh Salmon filets stuffed with various cheeses,
mushrooms topped with lemon butter garlic sauce.


DESERT
Crêpe's Suzette
This was soooo good the last two years, I gave up and ask Bruce to do it again this year.
Crêpe's filled with a mascarpone/Amaretto mixture,
topped with a raspberries/Chambord liqueur sauce
