2 ea. 28 oz cans roma tomatoes (Italian style)
1 ea. 8 oz bottle clam juice
1 ea. 6 oz can tomato paste
1 12 oz bottle red wine vinegar
2 bay leaves
1 ea. small Olive oil extra virgin
1 ea. dried basil leaves
3 ea. medium yellow onions
1 ea. bottle balsamic vinegar
6 ea. large red onions
4 ea. garlic heads
5 ea. red hot peppers
1 ea. dried red pepper flakes
2 ea. packages fresh basil
1 ea. package fresh oregano
2 ea. packages fresh Italian sparsely
1 ea. package frozen peas regular size
1 ea. head fresh broccoli
1 ea. 128 oz Angela mia crushed tomatoes
1 ea. 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 ea. box penne pasta
1 small can Italian bread crumbs
1 ea. large (28 oz) bag of mozzarella chez
2 cups flour
1 small can anchovies
1 small wedge fresh parmesan
At least 24 medium to large fresh roma tomatoes
1 ea. package cherry tomatoes
Bottle scampi sauce
2 eggs
2 lbs uncooked medium shrimp
2 ea 8 oz lobster tails
1lb fresh mussels
One 12 oz package frozen Red fish
One 12 oz package swordfish (usually fresh)
At least one chicken breast per person
2 ea. bottles Lowerys Creaser Creamy Dressing
2 heads romaine lettuce
1 12 oz bag frozen salad shrimp
Purchase at your specialty store
1/2 lb Capacolla
1/2 lb prosciutto
1/4 lb Genoa salami
1 small jar pepperocini
Two large Focaccia loaves

One bottle dried Red Pepper flakes

2 packages fresh Basil

4 cups fresh Ricotta Cheese
One 16 oz. package Mozzarella Cheese
Three-quarter cup grated parmesan or Romano Cheese
One 2 lbs. package Hot Italian sausage
Two eggs
Dried Parsley
Two loaves French bread
Two loaves Garlic bread (Rainbow)

Shopping List For The Fourth Annual Mini Midfeast

2 lbs fresh pounds mussels
2 lbs fresh gulf shrimp
2 12 oz packages frozen scallops
1 package crab meat
1 6.5 oz cans clams
3 heads garlic
12 or so large vine ripe tomatoes
1 package fresh basil
1 package fresh oregano
2 packages fresh italian parsley
2 large yellow onions
3 red hot peppers
1 lb box penne pasta
1 lb package angel hair pasta
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 jar Barilla marinara sauce
1 8 oz jar small capers
1 14.5 oz can artichoke hearts
1 tin anchovies
1 loaf fresh French bread
1 loaf prepared garlic bread
4 oz solid mozzarella cheese
